My hope is that this list will help the consumer choose the right products to fit their breasts.
You may want to buy larger sizes and/or a different bra. You may also want to try a different type of bra.
If you are a person who wants a small-cup bra but is concerned about breast weight, you can try a size large. If you want a large cup bra and/or larger breasts, but you are not comfortable with your breast size, then consider a smaller size. This site does not support or encourage any sort of breast reduction surgery. The only reason that we offer this bra size chart is because it is what is suggested by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, a professional organization that has established a number of guidelines on how much cup volume and breast weight a person should have before a reduction surgery. It is a guideline, not a regulation, and the AAP has no responsibility for or approval of this bra size chart. The size charts we offer may not be applicable to everyone, and your surgeon may have his own ideas about what is right for you. For example, if you are not a tall person, you might not have as much breast tissue as other women.
